The EVC Recovery Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of resolving overcharge disputes on Expedia Virtual Cards. You will work directly with our global hotel partners, and various Expedia internal teams to ensure recovery of overcharged funds. Primary communication will be via email, but some telephone communication may be required. You will ensure compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements.
Experience and qualifications:
High-reaching individual with an ambitious attitude
Attention to detail, organized, efficient and ability to multi-task
Analytical, strong negotiation and problem-solving skills; the ability to quickly determine and explain a situation
Ability to professionally communicate easily understood information through verbal and written communication
Research oriented with strong documentation skills
Experience working with business clients and internal teams
Can easily navigate multiple systems with ease
Obtain work from assigned queues
Communicate clearly and effectively to convey information through a variety of means (primarily email & phone) with our hotel partners to maximize partner-initiated recovery potential
Respond to hotel partner inquiries and questions regarding overcharges disputed to secure credits from the partners back to our EVC cards within established timelines (SLA’s)
Monitor and maintain work queue to ensure cases do not exceed our recovery timelines
Complete work effectively and efficiently to achieve department metrics
Maintain accurate contact information for hotel properties
Cost modification requests when needed

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
