Notion is seeking an Event Marketing professional for the EMEA region to drive growth and brand awareness within the startup and SMB ecosystem. This role involves creating and executing engaging events, both in-person across major EMEA startup hubs and virtually, to connect with customers, prospects, and partners. The responsibilities include managing all event logistics, production, venue sourcing, budget tracking, marketing campaigns, and audience acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a builder mentality, a passion for the startup ecosystem, and a proven track record in tech event production and management, with a data-driven approach to measuring success.

About The Role:

This is a new role within Notion's SMB Marketing team for the EMEA region.

You'll drive Notion's growth and brand awareness in the startup and SMB ecosystem through delivering events across the EMEA region.

You'll create engaging events and experiences for our startup customers, prospects, and partners. Reporting to the SMB Marketing Lead EMEA, you'll work closely with the startups team and cross-functional partners both in EMEA and globally, to create impactful experiences that establish Notion as the essential tool for early-stage companies.

Contract details :

  • Start date : Sept 2025
  • End date : End of January 2026 (possibility to extend)
  • Location : Dublin (we have a gorgeous office, where we usually go 3 x week)

What You'll Achieve:

  • Create events and experiences that bring the Notion brand and product to life, with a customer-first approach.
  • Design and execute events, including in-person events across major EMEA startup hubs and virtual programming to reach a broader audience.
  • Own execution and measurement of all event and field programs for the startup and SMB events in EMEA.
  • Manage all event logistics, production, venue sourcing, budget tracking, marketing campaigns, and audience acquisition.
  • Measure and optimize event impact using data-driven insights and community feedback.

Skills you need to bring:

  • A builder mentality
  • A passion for the startup ecosystem and previous experience working with founders
  • 3+ years of experience in events production and management
  • Track record of creating and executing successful tech events, both virtual and in-person
  • Data-driven approach to measuring event success and community engagement

Nice to have:

  • Language skills : French and/or German fluency are a plus
  • Experience as a founder or early employee
