HHAeXchange is seeking an Events & Association Marketing Manager to develop, manage, and execute events and associations that align with the company's brand, business, and communication goals. This role involves planning, creative development, execution, measurement, and coordination of both internal and external events. The position reports to the Director of Event Marketing and collaborates with various internal departments, agencies, and senior leadership. The manager will oversee all aspects of events, ensuring successful preparation, execution, brand presence, and post-event follow-up, contributing to the transformation of the home and community-based care sector.

The Events & Association Marketing Manager is responsible for the development, management and execution of events & associations that support HHAeXchange’s brand, business, and communication objectives, including planning, creative development, execution, measurement, and coordination of events. reporting to the Director of Event Marketing, this position will work cross functionally with multiple internal departments, agencies, and senior-level leadership. This strategic position will manage every aspect of events, both internal and external, to ensure the full event experience is set up for success when it comes to preparation, execution, brand presence and post-event.

This is a hybrid position based out of our Midtown Manhattan, Washington D.C. or Bloomington, MN office locations, with an on-site presence required two days per week to support team collaboration.
