Your Role with Us:
Joining us as an Executive Assistant for our Chief Marketing Officer means diving into the vibrant world of technology and entertainment. Our CMO, known for his ability to balance a serious role with a sense of humour, is searching for a dependable right-hand person to assist in crucial operations. You'll manage the CMO's busy schedule, ensuring all appointments and meetings are meticulously organised and prioritised. Coordinating meetings will be a key part of your role, where you'll prepare agendas and handle logistics to ensure smooth discussions among our teams and external partners.

You'll also be at the heart of our marketing team, providing crucial administrative support. This includes helping with project coordination, managing correspondence, and ensuring clear communication channels.

What you will do:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CMO: manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle incoming communications, prioritise emails, and redirect inquiries as needed.
  • Organise and coordinate internal and external meetings: prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Arrange conference calls, webinars, and video conferences.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing projects: track deadlines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate logistics for marketing events, conferences, and trade shows: manage event registrations, travel arrangements, and on-site support.
  • Maintain organised records, files, and databases with discretion for confidential information.
  • Conduct research for marketing initiatives and perform other duties as assigned to support the CMO and marketing department.


What you will bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to work well under pressure.

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
  • Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous
  • Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira

About The Company
