Job Summary
The University of Saint Francis seeks an Executive Director for the Keith Busse School of Business and Entrepreneurial Leadership. This full-time, 12-month, tenure-track position, starting Summer 2026, requires a leader dedicated to advancing the University’s Catholic, Franciscan Mission. Responsibilities include building a rigorous Business curriculum, strengthening community partnerships, assisting in fundraising, teaching introductory and advanced courses (6 credit hours/semester), student advising, mentoring, professional development, and service. An MBA or related Master’s is required, Ph.D. preferred.

Job Description
The University of Saint Francis invites applications for a full-time, 12-month, tenure track position to serve as the Executive Director of the Keith Busse School of Business and Entrepreneurial Leadership, beginning in the Summer of 2026. The successful candidate will be dedicated to advancing the University’s Mission in the classroom and community and helping Saint Franics “to become a Midwest destination for Catholic higher education.” To this end, candidates who are committed to building a distinctive and rigorous Business curriculum, able to expand and strengthen our partnerships in the Fort Wayne community and beyond and capable of assisting in fundraising efforts are especially encouraged to apply. While the position is open in regard to specialization, the candidate should be prepared to offer introductory and advanced courses within the field. The teaching load is 6 credit hours per semester (fall and spring) and we encourage applications from candidates who are committed to teaching, interested in curriculum and program development and able to collaborate with colleagues from across the university. Other responsibilities include student advising and mentoring, continuing professional development and a commitment to service. Rank and salary are dependent upon the appointee’s qualifications and experience. An MBA or a related Master’s degree is required while a Ph.D. is preferred.
