Job Description

As an experienced payroll administrator, you will independently process the entire payroll cycle, ensuring accurate application of wage tax, social security, and labor law regulations. You will prepare various salary reports and analyses, identify and implement changes in laws and regulations, answer payroll-related questions from employees, coordinate with HR regarding personnel changes and other relevant data, and handle periodic wage tax and pension declarations. You will play a key role in the professionalization of our payroll administration.

Must have:

Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience within a (medium) large international organization.
Completed MBO+ / HBO education (e.g., PDL or VPS).
Excellent knowledge of Dutch payroll administration regulations.
Accurate, analytical, proactive and results-oriented.
Strong both independently and in a team.
Communicatively skilled and discreet in Dutch and English.
Residing in (the vicinity of) Eindhoven.

Good to have:

Knowledge and experience with AFAS is a plus.

Ervaren Salarisadministrateur

Ben jij een ervaren salarisadministrateur met een passie voor nauwkeurigheid en compliance? Heb je minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een dynamische, middelgrote tot grote organisatie, en blink je uit in kennis van Nederlandse wet- en regelgeving? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Deze parttime functie (20–24 uur) is op ons kantoor in Eindhoven.

Wat ga je doen?

Zelfstandig verwerken van de volledige salariscyclus.
Zorgdragen voor correcte toepassing van loonheffing, socialeverzekeringen en arbeidsrechtelijke regelgeving.
Opstellen van diverse rapportages en analyses op het gebied van salaris.
Signaleren en implementeren van wijzigingen in wet- en regelgeving.
Beantwoorden van salarisgerelateerde vragen van medewerkers.
Afstemmen met HR over personeelsmutaties en andere relevante gegevens.
Verzorgen van periodieke aangiften loonheffingen en pensioenaangiften.

Wie ben jij?

Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als salarisadministrateur binnen een (middel)grote internationale organisatie.
Afgeronde MBO+ / HBO-opleiding (bijv. PDL of VPS).
Uitstekende kennis van Nederlandse salarisadministratieregelgeving.
Kennis en ervaring met AFAS is een pré.
Accuraat, analytisch, proactief en resultaatgericht.
Zelfstandig én in teamverband sterk.
Communicatief vaardig en discreet in Nederlands en Engels.
Woonachtig in (de omgeving van) Eindhoven.
