Job Description

The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day facilities maintenance tasks at the Aztec West site. They will assist the Facilities Manager and front of house team across both sites. The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying and advising the Facilities Manager on maintenance requirements related to plant, equipment, and health and safety, and then following up on agreed-upon actions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support facilities and health & safety within the Aardman studios, workshops, and office facilities.

Salary: Depending on experience

The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity to work within the Facilities Department helping to provide facilities and health & safety support within the Aardman studios, workshops and office facilities.

About You

The Candidate:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination of day to day facilities maintenance tasks for the Aztec West site. They will also help to assist the Facilities Manager and other members of the facilities and front of house team across both sites. The perfect candidate will have experience in identifying and advising the Facilities Manager of requirements in maintenance relating to the plant, equipment and aspects of health and safety and following up on agreed actions.
