The Facility Technician maintains and cleans a new Hollywood office facility, including kitchenettes, review rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, stocking supplies, and handling heavy cleaning tasks. The role requires collaboration with the Facility Producer and Operations team, working independently while maintaining discretion in a professional office environment. The technician may assist with room turnovers for new tenants and event preparation.
