ABOUT THE TEAM In 2011, we launched our own collection with the mission of presenting the latest trend / fast fashion products at affordable prices. The Trendyol Private Label Team combines fashion with technology at every process from Design to Production and Supply Chain, working closely with our partners to deliver the same goal: Offering our customers the perfect fashion shopping experience!
We are all working with the same purpose: To create a positive impact in our ecosystem by enabling commerce through technology.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design seasonal collections across homewear, activewear, and underwear categories
• Create compelling moodboards, fabric and storyboards
• Develop new product ranges that complement and evolve our current offerings
• Collaborate closely with the buying and planning teams
• Utilize market and sales data to inform design direction
• Contribute to a positive, creative, and high-performing team environment

QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior design role within Homewear
• Solid technical knowledge of garment construction and materials
• Deep passion for fashion, trends, and storytelling through design
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
• Confidence working under pressure in a dynamic environment
• A natural interest in data and how it can shape better product decisions

We offer a hybrid model that combines the productivity of remote work with the bonding and collaboration of in-office work. Teams are expected to work from our offices on designated days each week, fostering team spirit, creativity and cross team collaboration as part of our culture.
We also provide a summer working model, with a two-month fully remote work opportunity during July and  August.
The hybrid working model only applies to hybrid roles; on-site roles require regular office presence.
