Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients in your designated region
  • Promote and sell Congo Brands products to new and existing customers
  • Conduct in-store product demonstrations and tastings
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on consumer trends and preferences
  • Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely and accurate product delivery
  • Assist with the development of marketing collateral and promotions

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverages industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel within designated region as required
