Job Description

Hogarth is the Global Content Experience Company, part of WPP, partnering with top global brands. This Finance Supervisor role in Singapore involves working in a hybrid model, focusing on financial operations. Key responsibilities include verifying job completion, managing ageing reports, creating intercompany POs, preparing balance sheet schedules and journal entries, assisting with month-end closing and reporting, tracking outstanding POs, ensuring SOX compliance, and liaising with auditors and shared service centers. The role requires a diploma in Finance or Accountancy and strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Must have:
  • Verify job completion status, reconciling and closing jobs, sighting proof of delivery.
  • Monthly review of ageing reports.
  • Create Intercompany POs.
  • Prepare month end Balance Sheet Schedules.
  • Prepare Journal entries.
  • Assist in month-end Reporting and Closing.
  • Assist in tracking of outstanding POs.
  • Maintain internal SOX and other controls / processes for compliance.
  • Liaise with SSC on financials matters and resolve issues.
  • Liaise and work with external auditors.
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties assigned.

A Hybrid working model

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Work with Account Servicing team/project manager to verify job completion status, reconciling and closing of jobs, sighting proof of delivery
  • Monthly review of ageing reports
  • Create Intercompany POs
  • Prepare month end Balance Sheet Schedules
  • Prepare Journal entries
  • Assist in month-end Reporting and Closing
  • Assist in tracking of outstanding POs
  • Maintain internal SOX and other controls / processes to ensure compliance with SOX, Internal and External Audit requirements
  • Liaise with SSC on financials matters and resolve issues
  • Liaise and work with external auditors
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time as required

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • General "can-do" service attitude.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Well-presented and polite.
  • Be able to work independently as well as part a team.
  • Positive attitude towards problem solving and tight deadlines
  • Excellent time management skills with an ability to multi-task whilst maintaining strong attention to details
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
