Job Description

Haleon, a consumer health specialist with iconic brands like Sensodyne and Advil, is recruiting a Sector Manager for a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role involves developing market share and revenue for Haleon France in the assigned sector, achieving qualitative and quantitative objectives, building lasting client relationships, and enhancing the company's image. The position requires a minimum of 1 year in client management, ideally in mass retail, with expertise in health and hygiene products, negotiated plans, and strategic analysis.
Must have:
  • Minimum 1 year in client management, ideally in mass retail (GMS), hypermarkets and supermarkets
  • In-depth knowledge of health and hygiene products
  • Expertise in negotiated plans, implementations, promotions
  • Ability to analyze key indicators and strategic recommendations
  • Excellent communication, regular reporting, and competitive intelligence

We are recruiting a Sector Manager for a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Main missions:

Reporting to the National Sales Director, you are responsible for achieving the objectives set for you and carrying out the following missions.

  • Develop market share and turnover for Haleon France in its sector
  • Achieve its qualitative and quantitative objectives in application of its operational action plan
  • Develop a lasting partnership customer relationship with its clients
  • Enhance the company's image with its contacts and clients

Qualifications and skills:

  • Minimum 1 year in client management, ideally in the mass retail sector (GMS), hypermarkets and supermarkets.
  • In-depth knowledge of health and hygiene products.
  • Expertise in negotiated plans, implementations, promotions.
  • Ability to analyze key indicators, strategic recommendations.
