Position: Full Research Analyst

Job Highlight:
You will be responsible for developing technical analyses and reports, supporting the construction of evidence that guides public policies and strategic decisions.
What you will do:
- Elaborate and conduct technical studies related to forest restoration.
- Develop data analyses to support program projects.
- Contribute to the development of innovative tools and methodologies, including digital platforms, to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate in the planning and execution of actions, ensuring alignment with the best scientific and technical practices.
- Provide technical support to partner teams and stakeholders involved in the implementation of projects.
- Prepare diagnoses and more complex analyses.
- Conduct interviews, focus groups, and field studies.
- Conduct literature reviews.
- Produce technical reports and contributions for institutional publications.
- Support the definition of impact indicators in projects.
- Support monitoring and evaluation methodologies.
- Collaborate with external partners in applied research activities.
What you will need:
- Graduation in Agronomy, Forest Engineering, Biology, Geography, Environmental Management or related fields.
- Desirable previous experience of 3 years in the area.
- Advanced English
Technical Competencies:

- Ability to organize and interpret evidence.
