Position: Full Research Analyst

Job Highlight:

You will be responsible for developing technical analyses and reports, supporting the construction of evidence that guides public policies and strategic decisions.

What you will do:

• Elaborate and conduct technical studies related to forest restoration.
• Develop data analyses to support program projects.
• Contribute to the development of innovative tools and methodologies, including digital platforms, to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate in the planning and execution of actions, ensuring alignment with the best scientific and technical practices.
• Provide technical support to partner teams and stakeholders involved in the implementation of projects.
• Prepare diagnoses and more complex analyses.
• Conduct interviews, focus groups, and field studies.
• Conduct literature reviews.
• Produce technical reports and contributions for institutional publications.
• Support the definition of impact indicators in projects.
• Support monitoring and evaluation methodologies.
• Collaborate with external partners in applied research activities.

What you will need:

• Graduation in Agronomy, Forest Engineering, Biology, Geography, Environmental Management or related fields.
• Desirable previous experience of 3 years in the area.
• Advanced English

Technical Competencies:

• Mastery of qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
• Ability to organize and interpret evidence.
• Technical report writing.
