Fullstack Engineer (Team Scale: Ecosystem)

We are looking for a full-stack engineer passionate about building ecosystems and marketplaces. This role involves shipping features for creators to share templates, components, and services, as well as launching discovery, reputation, and education initiatives. The ideal candidate thinks in code but prioritizes strengthening the ecosystem and ensuring builder success, combining strong coding skills with excellent taste, growth instincts, and product obsession.

Must Have

• 5+ years building and growing user-facing products.
• Experience with marketplaces, platforms, or communities.
• Strong product sense and UX taste for multi-sided ecosystems.
• Comfortable using data, funnels, and experiments.
• Experience collaborating across design, marketing, partnerships, and support.

• Ability to build marketplace and ecosystem surfaces.
• Experience shipping features for publishing, discovering, and reusing digital assets.
• Skill in building connection surfaces like profiles and reviews.

• Proficiency in React.
• Proficiency in Golang and Rust.
• Experience with Cloudflare, GCP, AWS, and LLM providers.
• Familiarity with Github Actions, Grafana, OTEL, and Terraform.
