Job Description : Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled T24 Transact Retail Functional Consultant with specialized knowledge in Arrangement Architecture to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Temenos T24 core banking solutions, particularly in retail banking, and a deep understanding of arrangement architecture. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to ensure the successful implementation, customization, and optimization of T24 Transact Retail modules.

Key Responsibilities: Act as the functional lead in the implementation of Temenos T24 Transact for retail banking, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

Provide expertise in Arrangement Architecture (AA), including product setup, configuration, and customization based on the client's retail banking needs.

Lead functional workshops to gather detailed requirements and map them to T24 capabilities.

Perform gap analysis and provide solutions for customization and configuration.

Design and document functional specifications for T24 modules and AA-related enhancements.

Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that functional designs are properly translated into system configurations and code.

Conduct user training sessions and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities.

Troubleshoot issues and provide post-go-live support to ensure smooth system operations.

Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for T24 Retail banking modules and related functionalities.

Keep up to date with Temenos product updates, enhancements, and industry best practices.

Required Skills: 12+ years of experience working as a functional consultant with Temenos T24, specifically in Retail Banking.

Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Temenos T24 Arrangement Architecture (AA).

Strong understanding of Retail banking processes and related T24 modules (e.g., Deposits, Loans, Accounts, Payments, LD, PD, Limit, Collateral). Experience in T24 product configuration and parameterization in a retail banking environment.

Proficiency in leading functional workshops, conducting requirements gathering, and performing gap analysis.

Strong documentation skills with experience in writing functional specifications.

Good understanding of T24 architecture, including AA, integration, and APIs.

Experience with T24 version upgrades and migration projects is a plus.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
