We have an ambitious goal – not just to refine Cradle of Maya, but to transform the game to retain players for years. We are looking for a Game Producer who will drive these changes.
We will provide:
- Forming a product strategy and defining the game's development vector.
- Working with a team of 30+ professionals ready to support bold ideas and experiments.
- Support and trust from C-Level.
- Influence on key product decisions – from core gameplay to narrative and monetization.
This is not about "tweaking metrics" – it's an opportunity to create a product that will become significant in the market and for players worldwide.
What tasks you will solve:
- Develop and implement the game development strategy.
- Set and test product hypotheses based on market analysis and metrics.
- Work with key areas of the game: core gameplay, narrative, monetization, LiveOps.
- Oversee the roadmap, ensure task completion and results from the product side.
- Set up processes within the team and develop a production culture.
- Analyze product metrics and find ways to grow them.
- Track trends and implement new approaches.
What is important to us:
- Experience in a similar position for 3+ years.
- Successful work on casual mobile games: launch, development, improvement of key metrics.
- Experience in bringing a game to profit or scaling revenue.
- Experience working on projects with a strong plot and narrative.
- Understanding of marketing principles and experience using marketing data for product decisions.
- High "playtime" and deep understanding of mobile games.
- People management skills, team management experience.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with successful match3 projects.
- Participation in creating a successful project from scratch.
- Entrepreneurial experience in gamedev.
- High playtime not only in casual mobile projects.
- Love for games with deep plot and strong narrative.
