Job Description

As a Game Producer, you will be the driving force behind your team and your game. Your task will be to move the existing game forward – transforming ideas into new features, events, and improvements that players enjoy and keep them engaged.

You will connect creativity with data, the team with the vision, and ideas with reality. From planning through production to live operations, you will be the one who maintains momentum, removes obstacles, and helps the team perform at its best. And throughout all of this, you will communicate – clearly, effectively, and with respect, because it is through communication that everything in the team connects.

πŸ’‘ Your Mission

  • Lead and coordinate the development and live operations of your game.
  • Transform ideas for new features, events, and content into reality – from concept to release.
  • Plan, prioritize, and track milestones so that the team has a clear direction and players receive quality content on time.
  • Be the bridge between designers, programmers, art team, testers, UX, and analysts - interpret, connect, and keep everyone on the same page.
  • Monitor data, evaluate it, and together with the team, look for opportunities to move the game forward.
  • Build an environment where open communication is possible, where praise and improvement are embraced – and where people simply want to create games.

🧩 What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience leading a team or project – ideally in a gaming or IT environment.
  • Understanding of the game development process (from pre-production to live ops).
  • Excellent communication skills – you can speak clearly, listen attentively, and interpret complex things simply.
  • Analytical thinking and a relationship with data – you will look at numbers, graphs, and make decisions from them.
  • Systematic approach, ability to plan and prioritize (Jira, Excel, Agile environment – if you know them, great).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills – you can lead, listen, motivate, and communicate unpleasant things.
  • Communicative level of English (meetings, articles, conferences).
  • And also – a positive relationship with games. Without it, it won't work.

πŸš€ What You Get

  • The opportunity to influence a game played daily by millions of people worldwide.
  • An environment where ideas are heard, fair feedback is taken seriously, and freedom goes hand in hand with responsibility.
  • A team that supports you, know-how that will advance your skills, and a culture you will enjoy.
  • A company culture where it's a joy to work – where everyone is themselves, where a lot is created, but also a lot of laughter.
  • Fair salary, bonuses, and all the tools you need to succeed.

  • Professional Education: Participation in trainings, workshops, and conferences, both local and international.
  • Coaching and Personal Growth: Opportunity for consultations with an internal coach to improve communication and personal development.
  • Relax and Teambuilding: Chillout zone with darts, foosball, ping-pong, game consoles for playing games, and regular teambuilding events.
