Game Producer (fixed term, parental leave cover)

As a Producer at The Gang, you will lead one or more development teams, ensuring alignment with product vision and consistent delivery of high-quality results. This role involves owning project planning, resource allocation, and development workflows, while fostering a high-trust team culture. You will also manage client interactions and stay current with platform trends, all to build empowered, self-driven teams that deliver exceptional digital experiences.

About the position

As a Producer, at The Gang, you’ll lead one or more development teams across projects, acting as both a strategic partner and a day-to-day enabler. You’ll ensure each team is aligned with the product vision, works with clarity and confidence, and consistently delivers high-quality results. You’ll act as the main point of contact for your projects, maintaining structure, supporting creative goals, and safeguarding project health from kick-off through release and live operations.

This role is a fixed-term parental leave cover until approx. end of August 2026. Due to the upcoming holidays, response time will be longer than normal.
