Job Description

The candidate will report to the Chief Accountant and will be responsible for managing the holding company and one of the group's most important operational companies. The main missions will include taking charge of and validating closing operations, ensuring compliance with deadlines and reliability of accounts across multiple subsidiaries. This involves supervising general accounting and tax declarations for the entities under their responsibility, reviewing and justifying various balance sheet items, and analyzing financial statements, including reports, balance sheets, and appendices. The candidate will be the primary contact for statutory auditors and will collaborate with management control, participating in the budgetary process for general expenses of the entities. Le ou la candidat(e) sera rattaché (e) au chef comptable et aura en charge la gestion de la holding ainsi qu’une des sociétés opérationnelles les plus importantes du groupe. Dans ce cadre, il ou elle aura pour principales missions :

- Prendre en charge et fiabiliser les travaux de clôtures en garantissant le respect des délais et la fiabilité des comptes sur le périmètre (multi-filiales),

- Supervision de la comptabilité générale et des déclarations fiscales des entités sous sa responsabilité.

- La révision et la justification des différents postes du bilan sur son périmètre

- Analyse et révision des états financiers : liasses, bilans et annexes

- Il ou elle est l’interlocuteur privilégié (e) des commissaires aux comptes

- Assurer les échanges avec le contrôle de gestion, la participation au processus d’élaboration budgétaire (détermination des budgets de frais généraux pour les entités)
