Job Description

As a General Manager, you will be responsible for operating all equipment, stocking ingredients from delivery areas to storage and work areas, and preparing products. You will handle receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and completing associated paperwork. Daily cleaning of equipment and the facility is required. Key skills include the ability to perform accurate and quick calculations, make correct monetary change, and possess strong verbal, writing, and telephone skills for order processing. Motor coordination for precise and speedy hand movements is essential, along with the ability to enter orders via computer or touch screen. Effective communication with customers and colleagues, both in person and over the phone, is crucial. Responsibilities also include delivering products by car to customer locations, distributing flyers, and demonstrating navigational skills to locate addresses. You must be able to navigate various terrains and building types while carrying products. Furthermore, you will lead by example, coaching and training new employees.

Job Description

General Manager -


Operate all equipment.

Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.

Prepare product.

Receive and process telephone orders.

Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.

Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.

Must be able to make correct monetary change.

Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.

Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.

Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.

Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

Deliver product by car and then to door of customer.

Deliver flyers and door hangers.

Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.

Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

Must be able to lead by example and coach/train new employees.

Additional Information
