Insider, a leading AI-native B2B SaaS company, is seeking a Global Purchasing Specialist to join its team in Istanbul. This role involves working with the procurement team to identify global vendors and suppliers for unique equipment purchases, manage vendor relations, and support the procurement function by preparing specifications, managing evaluations, and overseeing vendor selection processes. The specialist will also maintain procurement files, provide guidance on procurement policies, and assist with property disposition requests. Additionally, the role is responsible for rental periods and contract processes for leased real estate in various countries. The ideal candidate should have a BA in a related field, 3+ years of purchasing experience, preferably with government-funded contracts, and strong knowledge of NetSuite and G-sheets. Excellent English communication skills and the ability to work in a multicultural environment are essential.

We are now looking for a dynamic, organized, enthusiastic, self-starter to join our team. The person who takes this position will be positioned in Istanbul office.
As the Global Purchasing Specialist in Insider day in and day out you will;
- Work with the procurement team.
- Identify global vendors and suppliers for unique equipment purchases and manage and maintain excellent vendor relations.
- Support the procurement function includes preparing specifications, solicitation documents, managing evaluations, drafting requests for consent for the contracting officer and overseeing vendor selection processes.
- Maintain vendor relationships, contacts, and pre-qualifications lists.
- Maintain procurement files in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
- Provide procurement procedures and policy guidance and interpretation.
- Coach, mentor and train stakeholders on procurement policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and performance input to Contracts, Procurement and Grants managers in the regions.
- Work with the operations department to prepare property disposition requests.
- Be responsible for the rental periods and contract processes of the countries where real estate is leased.

- Graduate with BA in a related job or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in purchasing, preferably with government-funded contracts.
- Total years of experience; maximum 6 years
- Powerful working knowledge of NetSuite and G-sheet.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment,
- Ability to manage ambiguity, while fostering an example of professionalism and leadership,
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, strong follow-up on multi-tasks, communication skills, analytical and reporting skills,
- Confident, self-motivated flexible, and proactive approach.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
