We are seeking a skilled Global Workforce Planning Senior Analyst to join Wildlife's team. This role is crucial for driving data-informed workforce decisions, ensuring accurate headcount planning, people cost modeling, and global operations reporting. Responsibilities include building and maintaining dashboards, analyzing workforce trends, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize workforce strategy. You will work closely with HR, Finance, and other teams to improve and implement processes related to workforce planning, reporting, and data accuracy. The position demands a curious, analytical individual comfortable in a proactive environment, adept at solving problems with data in a fast-paced, evolving setting.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, HR, Economics, or related field.
  • Proven experience in workforce planning, payroll, or financial planning related to people costs.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Solid understanding of HR systems (HRIS) and their integration with financial data.
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
Good to have:
  • Understanding of global payroll and labor cost structures.
  • Previous experience in a fast-growing, multinational company.

We're looking for a talented and passionate Global Workforce Planning Sr Analyst to join Wildlife's team. You will play a pivotal role in driving data-informed workforce decisions and ensuring accurate headcount planning, people cost modeling, and reporting for our global operations. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining dashboards, analyzing workforce trends, and partnering with key stakeholders to optimize our workforce strategy.

You’ll work closely with HR, Finance, and other teams to improve, review, and implement processes related to workforce planning, reporting, and data accuracy.

What you'll do

  • Workforce planning and headcount management: Develop, maintain, and optimize headcount plans in alignment with business goals, budget cycles, and hiring plans.
  • People cost analysis and reporting: Partner with Finance and HR to model people costs, including salaries, benefits, and other employee-related expenses across multiple countries.
  • Data-driven insights: Design and deliver dashboards and reports that provide visibility into workforce metrics such as headcount, attrition, hiring trends, and cost forecasts.
  • Scenario modeling: Support strategic decision-making by running workforce scenarios (e.g., growth, restructuring, hiring freezes) and analyzing their impact on costs and capacity.
  • System integration and data governance: Ensure data integrity between HRIS, payroll, finance systems, and reporting tools, improving automation and data accuracy.
  • Business partnership: Act as a strategic partner to HR, Finance, and business leaders, providing actionable insights to drive workforce decisions.
  • Process improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes, streamline data collection, and improve workforce planning accuracy.
  • Monitor trends and risks: Track global labor market trends, attrition risks, and internal workforce dynamics to inform proactive planning.

What you'll need
