We're looking for a talented and passionate Head of Creative Marketing to join Wildlife's Marketing Team in São Paulo and lead our efforts in Creative Marketing, Influencers and IP Licensing.
As part of the Marketing Leadership, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our ever-growing portfolio of games. By leveraging your analytical skills, creativity, and in-depth market knowledge, you will be in charge of experimenting with new AI technologies and acquisition channels that will shape the future of our Marketing operation.

What you'll do
- Creative Marketing: You lead our in-house agency, in charge of the ideation and production of the ads running in our marketing campaigns. You will also manage external agencies that complement our internal production.
- Influencers: You will lead and scale our influencer marketing efforts, tailored to the target audiences, leveraging their reach and engagement with a result-oriented mindset to deliver our business goals.
- IP Licensing: Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners from different natures (Sports Federations, global studios among others), negotiating contracts, making internal ROI projections and delivering best-in-class go to markets, together with the product teams.
- Campaign Analytics: Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of campaigns, measuring key metrics such as investment, and media / business metrics.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging platforms or features within performance marketing, social media and influencer marketing landscapes, adapting strategies accordingly to maintain competitiveness and innovation.
What you'll need
- Strong team management skills as you will lead a 30+ organizational structure.
- Deep understanding of the mobile marketing landscape, how different players operate and what are the main challenges and opportunities.
- Autonomy to recognize the current and new priorities, evaluating the impact of their outcomes in the final result as well as promoting changes in the organization depending on the current situation.
- Outstanding analytical skills to understand performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity and affinity with the gaming industry.
