This 24-month fixed-term contract program offers hands-on experience in finance and accounting, including Record to Report, Account Payables, Account Receivables, Revenue, Cost, Finance & Planning, or Controllership departments. Graduates will have the opportunity to improve processes, work in a dynamic global finance environment, and gain insights into the industry. The role involves mentorship, professional development support, and opportunities for career growth.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience with accounting principles and financial statements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good to have:
  • Prior internship or work experience in accounting or finance is an added advantage.

Job Description

Role Summary:

Experian is a global data and technology company. We are looking for enthusiastic graduates to join our Global Finance Department. You will have a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience atleast from one of these departments in finance & accounting including the Record to Report, Account Payables, Account Receivables, Revenue, Cost, Finance & Planning or Controllership departments.

Our graduates are empowered to find opportunities to improve the way we do things to help our business, and our clients grow. We offer comprehensive exposure to several aspects of accounting within a dynamic and global finance environment.

This is a 24 months program on rotational basis (Fixed term contract)

Qualifications

More About You:

  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field OR have a professional certification; CPA/ACCA/MIA and equivalent
  • Experience with accounting principles and financial statements.
  • Prior internship or work experience in accounting or finance is an added advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
