As a Graphic Designer for the National Bank at Turbulent, the role involves producing graphics for marketing materials, adapting templates, and ensuring brand compliance. The team consists of 10 people, working within the Communications, Brand, and Public Affairs sector, reporting to the Director of the Marketing Team dedicated to Wealth Management Advisors. The role requires a valid work permit and emphasizes work-life balance.
Must have:
  • Adapt and modify marketing materials.
  • Adjust logos in multiple formats.
  • Apply graphic standards.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Studies in graphic design or related field.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
Good to have:
  • Extensive knowledge of the MAC environment.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Que feras-tu?

En tant que graphiste pour la Banque Nationale chez Turbulent, tu seras responsable de la production graphique pour créer et adapter des gabarits et outils marketing, tout en veillant à la l’application de la marque.

  • Adapter et décliner des pièces marketing numériques et imprimées.
  • Ajuster des logos et les décliner en plusieurs formats.
  • Être en mesure d’interpréter et d’appliquer adéquatement les normes graphiques.
  • Effectuer des recherches photo, en veillant à la qualité et à la pertinence des images sélectionnées.
  • Effectuer le contrôle de qualité des différentes pièces pour assurer le respect du brief.

Qu'attendons-nous de notre Graphiste ?

Le candidat ou la candidate idéal·e maîtrise les aspects techniques permettant de créer du matériel imprimé et numérique, fait preuve de créativité et d’efficacité et a un grand souci du détail.

Un test sera envoyé aux personnes retenues entre les entrevues de présélection et de sélection afin d'évaluer le niveau de maîtrise des logiciels de graphisme.

  • Études en design graphique ou dans un domaine connexe
  • 1 à 3 années d’expérience pertinente
  • Bilinguisme requis (français et anglais)
  • Maitrise technique parfaite des logiciels de la suite Adobe (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Connaissance étendue de l’environnement MAC 
  • Bonnes connaissances de la suite Microsoft Office

Ton équipe :

Au sein du secteur Communications, marque et affaires publiques, tu fais partie d’une équipe de 10 personnes et tu relèves de la Directrice, Équipe marketing dédiée aux conseillers·ère·s en gestion de patrimoine. What will you do?

As a Graphic Designer for the National Bank at Turbulent, you will be responsible for graphic production, creating and adapting templates and marketing tools while ensuring brand compliance.

  • Adapt and modify digital and print marketing materials.
  • Adjust logos and create multiple format variations.
  • Interpret and properly apply graphic standards.
  • Conduct photo research, ensuring the quality and relevance of selected images.
  • Perform quality control on various assets to ensure compliance with the brief.

What do we expect from our Graphic Designer ?

The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in creating print and digital materials, demonstrates creativity and efficiency, and has great attention to detail.

A test will be sent to selected candidates between the pre-selection and selection interviews to assess proficiency in graphic design software.

  • Studies in graphic design or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Bilingualism required (French and English)
  • Perfect technical mastery of Adobe Suite software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Extensive knowledge of the MAC environment
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Within the Communications, Brand, and Public Affairs sector, you will be part of a 10-person team and report to the Director of the Marketing Team dedicated to Wealth Management Advisors.
