TLDR
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in crafting visually captivating digital marketing materials, presentation decks, infographics, and videos across various platforms.
Where you’ll spend your time
Creating innovative and dynamic visual content for digital marketing materials, social media, company website, and email campaigns
Immersing yourself in our audience, gathering insights, and advocating for their needs in design decisions
Defining the purpose and direction of design initiatives, fostering collaboration across departments
Leading the design, development, and execution of experiences that foster engagement and habit formation
Ensuring all visual content aligns with the company’s branding guidelines and contributes to a cohesive brand identity
Designing and editing impactful presentation decks and infographics for events such as meetings
Editing videos with precision and high quality for various platforms, including social media (particularly Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
Facilitating clear communication and alignment within your team and across functions to drive continuous improvement
We’d love to see from you
Seasoned experience in graphic design and video production, preferably with a focus on product design
Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, and FIGMA
Hands-on experience with UI/UX and product design
Strong proficiency with Google Slides
A solid portfolio of graphic and video assets that communicate complex concepts elegantly and at the appropriate level for the audience
6+ years of graphic design and video production experience, preferably with product design and brand design experience
A strong grasp of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at transforming ideas into engaging visual narratives
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with ease, effectively prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
A solid understanding of messaging hierarchy and how to strategically align designs with business goals
