Job Description

Paytm is seeking a Growth Management professional for its EDC division. The role involves developing and executing growth strategies, identifying opportunities, optimizing campaigns, and enhancing the customer journey. Responsibilities include data analysis and reporting to identify key growth drivers and track initiative performance. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, and sales teams to achieve growth objectives. Market research and competitive analysis are essential to inform growth tactics. The position also entails setting and achieving growth targets such as customer acquisition, retention, revenue growth, and market share expansion. For some positions, managing a team of marketers, product managers, and other professionals involved in growth initiatives will be required. Additionally, the role involves growth hacking, implementing and refining strategies to maximize growth potential, and focusing on customer retention and building long-term relationships.

customer journey.

Working with product, marketing, and sales teams to align efforts and achieve growth
objectives.
• Market research and competitive analysis:
Staying informed about industry trends and competitor strategies to inform growth tactics.
• Setting and achieving growth targets:
Ensuring that the company is meeting its growth objectives, which may include customer
acquisition, retention, revenue growth, and market share expansion.
• Managing a team (for some roles):
Leading and managing teams of marketers, product managers, and other professionals
involved in growth initiatives.
• Growth Hacking:
Developing innovative and creative strategies to quickly and efficiently drive growth.
• Growth Management:
Implementing and refining strategies to maximize growth potential, including setting up
tracking mechanisms and measuring ROI.
• Growth Nurturing:
Focusing on retaining existing customers and building long-term relationships.
