As a Growth Manager (Mid-Market/SMB) at Moloco, you will be responsible for driving client growth strategies for small and mid-sized businesses in the mobile advertising space. You will manage a high volume of advertiser accounts, providing strategic support to help them achieve their KPIs and growth goals. This involves understanding client's marketing needs, translating how Moloco’s programmatic solutions drive KPIs, and working with cross-functional teams to achieve results. The role also includes building and iterating on new products, staying current on industry trends, and providing actionable insights. You'll be expected to manage client relationships, lead meetings, analyze campaign data, and translate complex data into simple language. The role demands excellent time management and prioritization skills to successfully manage a diverse client base and deliver exceptional results.
Must have:
  • 3-5 years Mobile Advertising experience
  • Experience in Account Management in programmatic marketing
  • Familiarity with big data, MMPs, mobile app ecosystem
  • Track record servicing and growing major advertiser accounts
  • Experience in day-to-day campaign management

The Impact You'll Be Contributing to Moloco

Join Moloco as a Growth Manager (Mid-Market/SMB) and take command of client growth strategies to help small and mid-sized businesses scale their mobile advertising success.

In this role, you’ll bring a growth mindset as you navigate a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.  You will get the full experience and learnings from a dynamic startup based in Silicon Valley made up of industry leaders who are experienced, data-driven, motivated, and humble.  You will work closely with a team of industry leaders who are experienced, data-driven, motivated, and humble. As the Growth Manager for mid-market and SMB clients, you will manage a high volume of advertiser accounts (small and medium-sized businesses at various stages of growth). Success in this position requires agility and excellent time management, as you’ll need to prioritise and respond to a diverse range of client needs while delivering exceptional results for each account. Here’s what you’ll be working on:

  • Own and grow a high-volume portfolio of small to mid-sized advertiser accounts, ensuring each client receives strategic support and attention to achieve their KPIs and growth goals.
  • Fully comprehend advertiser's marketing needs and translate how Moloco’s programmatic solution will drive KPIs and goals.
  • Work with Clients, Sales, other Account Managers, Data Science and cross-functional teams to identify and to drive account growth results.
  • Help build and iterate on new products and client solutions and work with Product, Data-Science, and Engineering teams.
  • Understand the mobile ecosystem, stay current on industry trends, and most importantly offer actionable insights to clients.
  • Lead multiple partnerships, client meetings, and business reviews.
  • Understand client needs inside out in order to bring success and growth.
  • Analyse campaign data and provide actionable and valuable insights.
  • Translate complex data analysis into simple language and use it to influence decision making.
  • Create a clear data-driven strategy for each client and work closely with them to achieve this.
  • Identify and pitch incremental opportunities that are aligned to client’s growth objectives and scale accordingly in partnership.

Here is what you need to succeed:

  • 3-5 years Mobile Advertising experience, ideally in Account Management in programmatic marketing. Experience working with small to mid-sized clients or managing a large book of accounts is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with big data, MMPs, mobile app ecosystem and ad tech.
  • Track record servicing and growing major advertiser accounts.
  • Experience in day-to-day campaign management.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional data story-telling and client presentation skills.
  • Strong ownership mentality and a curious approach to problem solving.
  • Growth-minded to thrive in a startup environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills necessary to interact with clients, management, and peers.
  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint/Slides, g-suite preferred.
  • Positive outlook, enthusiasm, and strong internal drive.
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills to juggle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to travel, depending on business needs.
