Job Summary
Agate is seeking a Growth Marketing Intern passionate about gaming and eager to learn influencer marketing, trend analysis, and data-driven growth strategies. This role involves exploring social trends, connecting with creators, and applying an analytical mindset to improve engagement and reach within the gaming community.
Must Have
- Conduct organic influencer outreach.
- Identify and build relationships with micro- and nano-influencers.
- Support influencer collaborations and community campaigns.
- Monitor gaming and social media trends.
- Analyze trending content formats and community behaviors.
- Share actionable insights for engagement and reach.
- Track campaign performance and influencer metrics.
- Monitor growth KPIs across platforms.
- Prepare weekly reports with insights.
- Actively use social media, understand meme culture and online trends.
- Currently enrolled in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- Basic understanding of gaming industry, platforms (Steam, Discord, YouTube, TikTok, Twitch).
- Strong communication skills for gamer-focused content.
- Familiar with gaming influencers and creator trends.
- Willing to work full-time hybrid in Bandung.
- Commit to a minimum 3-month internship.

Job Description
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Intern who is passionate about gaming and eager to learn the ins and outs of influencer marketing, trend analysis, and data-driven growth strategies. This role is ideal for someone who loves exploring social trends, enjoys connecting with creators, and has an analytical mindset.
Responsibilities
- Conduct organic influencer outreach across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, etc.)
- Identify, connect, and build relationships with micro- and nano-influencers
- Support influencer collaborations and community-driven campaigns
- Monitor gaming and social media trends to identify new growth opportunities
- Analyze trending content formats, memes, and community behaviors
- Share actionable insights to improve engagement and reach
- Track campaign performance and influencer engagement metrics
- Monitor growth KPIs across platforms
- Prepare weekly reports with insights and optimization recommendations
Requirements
- Actively uses social media and understands meme culture, gaming humor, and online trends.
- Currently enrolled in a university, majoring in Marketing, Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field
- Basic understanding of the gaming industry, including genres and platforms such as Steam, Discord, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitch
- Strong communication skills with the ability to create engaging, gamer-focused content
- Familiar with gaming influencers and how creator trends drive community engagement
- Willing to work full-time in a hybrid setup in Bandung (3 days WFO, 2 days WFH)
- Able to commit to a minimum internship period of 3 months
