Prepared is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead and scale digital demand generation programs. This role involves end-to-end execution of paid digital campaigns across search, social, and display, targeting the public safety and emergency response sectors. The manager will analyze performance, optimize campaigns for cost efficiency and conversion rates, and run A/B tests. Responsibilities also include designing and implementing email nurture strategies, collaborating with product and content marketing teams, and managing the marketing tech stack. The ideal candidate should have 4-6 years of B2B SaaS or tech experience in digital marketing or growth marketing, with a proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue impact.
Must have:

Position Overview

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead and scale our digital demand generation programs. Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing, this role is ideal for a performance-focused marketer who is deeply experienced in paid search, social advertising, display campaigns, email nurture, and digital funnel optimization. You’ll drive full-funnel digital marketing campaigns that generate qualified pipeline for our Sales team and create measurable impact on business growth. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Content Marketing, and Revenue Operations to develop high-converting, repeatable campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Campaign Ownership

    • Own and manage end-to-end execution of paid digital programs including search, social, and display.

    • Design and optimize digital media campaigns to target key audiences in public safety and emergency response sectors.

  • Performance Marketing & Optimization

    • Analyze campaign performance across platforms and continuously optimize for cost efficiency (CPL, CAC) and conversion rates.

    • Run A/B tests on creative, copy, landing pages, and audience segments to improve results over time.

  • Lead Nurture Programs

    • Design and implement email workflows, retargeting programs, and other nurture strategies to move prospects through the funnel.

    • Partner with Marketing and Revenue Operations to ensure campaign attribution and tracking are accurate and actionable.

  • Collaboration & Alignment

    • Work with Product and Content Marketing to build compelling digital ads, landing pages, and lead magnets.

    • Coordinate with Revenue Operations to maintain clean lead flow, scoring models, and reporting infrastructure.

  • Tech Stack Management

    • Operate within tools such as HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, and analytics dashboards.

    • Recommend new channels and technologies to improve digital marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing at a B2B SaaS or tech company.

  • Proven track record of managing paid campaigns with measurable pipeline and revenue impact.

  • Expertise with performance marketing platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) and web analytics.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

  • Self-starter mindset with excellent time management and communication skills.

  • Experience in public sector, government, or emergency services markets is a plus, but not required

Pay Transparency

The base compensation for this role is approximately $130,000 - 138,000 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, company equity grants, participation in Prepared’s unlimited vacation program.
