Job Description

Trendyol is seeking a Growth Professional to drive user growth and optimize customer lifetime value. Responsibilities include analyzing user behavior, designing and running growth experiments, and developing customer acquisition and retention strategies. The role involves in-depth analysis, data-driven insights, and collaboration with various teams to implement full-funnel growth initiatives. Candidates will be expected to analyze, develop, test and implement growth experiments and acquisition & retention strategies to expand the user base and optimize customer lifetime value. They will be managing communications with stakeholders and collaborating effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
Must have:
  • 2–5 years of experience in growth or data analytics
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset
  • Ability to transition between strategic thinking and execution
  • Experience with SQL or other query languages
  • A degree from a reputable university
Good to have:
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Insider, Braze
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools

ABOUT THE TEAM Trendyol Go, the local commerce arm of Trendyol Group, works to meet all the daily needs of our users and brings local merchants, couriers and Trendyol users together. We make seamless connections in real time and we are able to expand our offer to include food and fresh groceries thanks to our on-demand solution. We are delighted to strengthen local commerce with Trendyol's operational excellence by bringing marketplace solutions backed by our last mile delivery network.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop a deep analytical understanding of user behavior and what drives growth across the entire customer journey,
  • Design and run growth experiments, from ideation to execution, from A/B testing to roll-out and automation, iterating based on data and results,
  • Develop and execute customer acquisition and retention strategies to expand the user base and optimize customer lifetime value,
  • Take ownership in the ideation, testing, analysis, modeling, and visualisation of growth processes to identify optimization opportunities,
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of customer behavior across multiple categories and lead the generation of actionable insights to inform strategy,
  • Integrate qualitative and quantitative insights to design effective brand, marketing, and growth strategies that help reach business and growth goals,
  • Leverage data-driven insights to manage communications with stakeholders and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams,
  • Collaborate closely with product, operations, and analytics teams to implement full-funnel growth initiatives,
  • Maintain high standards of performance and operational excellence, continuously improving internal processes and workflows,
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in growth marketing and Q-Commerce.

QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • BSc or MSc degree from a reputable university preferably in an Engineering field (e.g. Industrial Engineering),
  • 2–5 years of experience in growth, data analytics, or similar roles,
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and data-driven mindset,
  • Act as a self-starter who takes initiative, drives projects independently, and thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment,
  • Ability to seamlessly transition between high-level strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with strong attention to detail,
  • Passionate about generating value from data, continuously tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of various initiatives,
  • Experienced in SQL or other query languages, combined with a strong foundation in mathematics and statistics,
  • Creative problem solver who thrives in ambiguity, excited to collaborate with cross-functional teams across the company and provide solutions,
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Insider, Braze is a plus,
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, Looker, and Power BI is a plus.
