The Growth Specialist will focus on cutting-edge solutions for the automotive market, working with major mobility companies and championing software-based solutions to solve engineering challenges.

At VIBES we are developing software and technology to reduce sound and vibrations in products like (electric) cars. This has a big impact on sustainable mobility of the future. With the VIBES-method, we predict vibrations with the help of test- and simulation-based models. With our unique software, our customers like BMW, Hyundai, Volvo and ASML acquire high-quality results in an efficient way. It allows them to work flexibly and intuitively. Next to that, VIBES is active in scientific research and development, for which we are internationally recognized.

We are a scale-up, tech company with our roots in engineering and as we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate and skilled Growth Specialist to join our team. We’re committed to empowering companies in the industry with the latest technology and professional support to optimize their development processes. Your main responsibilities:

  • Play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for VIBES;

  • Conduct research to identify new opportunities and understand competitors;

  • Proactively generate, identify and pursue new sales leads;

  • Accelerate the sales pipeline;

  • Build and maintain strong, multi-level relationships with clients;

  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations;

  • Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets;

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality of our value propositions and customer satisfaction;

  • Generate daily/weekly sales reports and participate in weekly sales meetings with the team leader to discuss progress.
