Job Description

Synthesia is looking for a GTM Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team. This role is embedded within the Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, reporting directly to the CRO, and involves close collaboration with revenue-driving leaders. The primary responsibilities include owning hiring across all GTM functions, relentlessly sourcing and engaging top-tier, diverse talent through creative and strategic hunting, and building forward-looking talent pipelines. The partner will fully manage the end-to-end hiring process, champion Synthesia's employer brand both internally and externally, and continuously improve the candidate experience. Additionally, they will act as a strategic hiring partner to help managers define needs and maintain quality standards, and proficiently use Greenhouse for process management and data hygiene. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments, is obsessive about candidate experiences, and possesses a builder mentality with the ability to design scalable hiring processes.

  • Fully own the end-to-end hiring process; no dropped balls, no excuses.
  • Champion and amplify Synthesia’s employer brand; internally and externally, you're a passionate advocate.
  • Continuously raise the bar on candidate experience; every interaction matters and you make it count.
  • Act as a strategic hiring partner; helping hiring managers shape what they need and push for quality without compromise.
  • Confident Greenhouse power user; you keep processes sharp, data clean, and enable others to use the system like pros.
