Ninja Van is a tech-enabled logistics company focused on providing hassle-free delivery services across Southeast Asia. We are seeking a Head of B2B for the Non-Jabodetabek region to oversee and drive B2B strategy, aiming to achieve revenue targets and maximize growth. The role involves defining sales team strategy in the Non-Jabo area, hiring, and performance management. Key responsibilities include expanding the company's B2B market footprint, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the B2B market, particularly in areas like Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, and Surabaya.
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing
  • 7-10 years experience in B2B sales
  • 3-5 years in a sales leadership role
  • Experience in Logistics or manufacturing industry
  • Develop Go To Market sales plans
  • Knowledge of sales strategies and CRM
  • Strong leadership and team management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skills
  • Build long-term client relationships
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of markets outside Jabodetabek
  • Willing to travel frequently

Job Descriptions

    • Oversees and drives the B2B strategy to achieve revenue targets and maximise growth opportunities
    • Defines the strategy and direction of the sales team in the Non-Jabo area
    • Involved in hiring and performance managing the sales team to achieve the sales strategy and objectives as defined
    • Plays a critical role in expanding the company’s footprint in the B2B market, identifying new business opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • Having experiences min. 7-10 years in B2B sales, with at least 3-5 years in a sales leadership role for Logistics and/or manufacturing industry
    • Experiences in developing a Go To Market sales plan and In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and sales forecasting tools
    • Strong leadership and team management capabilities with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving results
    • Strong in B2B background and have undestanding of market outside Jabodetabek especially Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, and Surabaya area
    • Willing to travel frequently
