Job Description

The Mill Adventure Group is a scale-up aiming to revolutionize the iGaming industry. They are looking for a Head of B2C Brands to lead the activity of their two B2C brands. The role encompasses player operations, brand ownership, and CRM marketing, with the objective of ensuring overall brand success and profitability. Key responsibilities include driving the success of the B2C branch (P&L, KPIs, strategy), leading and developing the B2C marketing and player operations teams, championing data-informed initiatives, identifying and implementing process improvements, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous learning, promoting training and development programs, and monitoring industry trends.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Head of B2C Brands who will be hands-on, leading the activity of our two B2C brands, covering player operations, brand ownership, crm marketing efforts, ensuring the overall success and profitability of the brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive to success of our B2C branch (P&L, KPIs, strategy)
  • Lead and develop our B2C marketing team (VIP, CRM, Casino)
  • Lead and develop our player operations teams
  • Champion data-informed initiatives that generate measurable value
  • Identify and implement process improvements across all B2C operational functions
  • Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning
  • Promote and coordinate training and development programs for the B2C team
  • Monitor industry trends, innovations, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge
