We are seeking a strategic, execution-focused manager to lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives. Reporting to the CRO, you will be responsible for leading new business acquisition, scaling our sales led go to market strategy, and building/leading a high performing sales organization. You bring experience from a high-growth environment and possess a strong understanding of modern go to market practices, with a focus on driving efficiency and impact.
Fireworks AI's goal is to provide competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. The estimated range for total on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area for this role is $400,000 - $450,000 per year.
