Hosting Specialist I

Location: Germany, Remote

You work from home and can occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or appointments.

These are your tasks...

• Co-responsibility for our high-quality customer service – a hallmark of our company
• Support and assist our customers via email and ticketing system
• Locate, analyze, and resolve customer issues
• Close collaboration with 1st, 3rd-level support and international teams

What you should bring...

• Initial knowledge of LAMP system
• You are proficient in the Linux shell
• A strong customer orientation – customer satisfaction is your highest priority
• Enjoy teamwork and high quality standards for your own work
• An independent and structured way of working
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, and enjoyment of written customer communication
