We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our dynamic People Operations team. This role offers broad exposure across multiple HR functions, with a particular focus on onboarding, compliance, and HR systems. Must have:
  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming HR queries, resolving straightforward issues and escalating more complex matters.
  • Provide administrative support for onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR system, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and GDPR compliance.
  • Generate reports, issue employee letters and reference requests, and manage filing and documentation.
  • Process background checks and right-to-work verifications for new joiners and existing employees/contractors.
  • Assist the wider HR team with key projects and ad hoc tasks as required.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general IT systems.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume workload while maintaining service excellence.

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our dynamic People Operations team. This role offers broad exposure across multiple HR functions, with a particular focus on onboarding, compliance, and HR systems. Key Responsibilities

  • HR Query Management: Act as the first point of contact for incoming HR queries, resolving straightforward issues and escalating more complex matters to the appropriate team member.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding Support: Provide administrative support for onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new joiners and leavers.
  • HR Systems & Data Integrity: Maintain and update employee records in the HR system, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and GDPR compliance.
  • General HR Administration: Generate reports, issue employee letters and reference requests, and manage filing and documentation.
  • Compliance Checks: Process background checks and right-to-work verifications for new joiners and existing employees/contractors, liaising with relevant stakeholders.
  • Project Support: Assist the wider HR team with key projects and ad hoc tasks as required.
