Job 
We are seeking an experienced and strategic EMEA HR Generalist & HRBP to support HR operations for EMEA region and HR strategy for one of our CAM business unit . This role combines HR generalist responsibilities with HR business partnering to ensure consistent HR strategy and practices while adapting to local employment laws and cultural nuances. This is a key role to attract, manage, develop, and retain top talent, driving our business objectives forward.

Cimatron provides toolmakers with an integrated CAD/CAM solution for the design and manufacture of plastic injection molds and sheet metal stamping dies, as well as programming 2D to 5-Axis milling CNC machines.

Your responsibilities includes
•    Multi-Country Employee Relations: Act as the HR point of contact for employees and managers across multiple countries, addressing concerns, resolving disputes, and fostering a positive work environment. Ensure company policies comply with local legal requirements and maintain relationships with internal and external partners for compliance.
•    Performance Management & Development: Manage performance review processes, provide coaching, and support employee development through training programs and workshops.
•    Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for regional roles, partnering with hiring managers to identify and manage hiring needs.

•    HR Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records, provide reporting on key HR metrics, analyze and understand HR metrics to take actions.
•    Compensation & Benefits: Assist with job evaluations and providing relevant compensation and benefits benchmarks. Collaborate with local payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. 

•    Strategic HR Business Support: Collaborate with business leaders to evaluate workforce plans, define HR strategies, and implement action plans aligned with business needs. Enhance employee engagement, talent management and collaborate closely with all relevant stakeholders to drive business growth.


Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•    8+ years of experience in HR generalist roles with significant multi-country responsibilities and 1-2 years of experience as a strategic HR business leader within an international perimeter.
•    Strong knowledge of employment laws for EU countries (Germany, France, ...) and HR best practices.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cross-cultural understanding.
•    Proven problem-solving skills and conflict resolution abilities.
•    Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
•    Advanced skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
•    Travel: Up to 10%-15%.
