Insider, a B2B SaaS company, is seeking an HR Payroll Analyst to join their Human Resources Team. The role involves managing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies, assisting with payroll processes, and responding to teammate inquiries accurately and on time. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Management, strong data analysis skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, and excellent English communication skills. We are looking for a Rewards Specialist who will join our Human Resources Team to ensure organizational success and performance. You’ll be responsible for managing and implementing appropriate compensation and benefits applications and strategies for all levels of the organization. We’re lucky to have an amazing Finance & Business Support Team, and now, we need your help to grow it.

What you will do day in and day out:

  • Helping with our payroll processes and benefits.
  • Answering all questions and requests of teammates in the responsible countries accurately and on time, and meeting with the relevant stakeholders when necessary.

We’d love to hear from you if:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Management, or other related fields
  • You’re a data-junkie and number cruncher, passionate about digging into the numbers while having the ability to see the big picture
  • You have familiarity with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • You’re a proactive and self-directed person, you take initiative when necessary
  • You love working in a multicultural environment and has a sufficient level of English to communicate effectively
  • You’re familiar with working closely and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, ever-growing, and challenging startup environment
  • You have an excellent command of English
