As the Analyst on the Talent Management Operations team, you will play a key operational role in supporting the smooth execution of programs within the Talent Management team. You’ll coordinate the behind-the-scenes work—like scheduling, organizing, documenting, and communicating—that keeps initiatives on track and highly effective. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, pays close attention to detail, and is excited by the opportunity to streamline processes, pilot new tools (including AI), and support a high-performing Talent Management team.
Must have:
  • Coordinate and manage scheduling and logistics across Talent Management programs
  • Support pre-launch preparation and logistics for key initiatives like the Culture Survey
  • Execute logistics and internal communications for team events (e.g., all-hands meetings, workshops, offsites)
  • Maintain internal organization systems (e.g., shared folders, distribution lists, documentation)
  • Track participation in talent programs, compile data and feedback, and summarize insights to inform team decisions
  • Research and test simple AI-enabled tools that could improve scheduling, documentation, or internal comms
  • Identify and suggest improvements to team workflows or communication rhythms that save time or reduce manual effort

The impact you will have:

  • Coordinate and manage scheduling and logistics across Talent Management programs, ensuring smooth execution with minimal friction.
  • Support pre-launch preparation and logistics for key initiatives like the Culture Survey.
  • Execute logistics and internal communications for team events (e.g., all-hands meetings, workshops, offsites); suggest improvements to drive engagement and team connection.
  • Maintain internal organization systems (e.g., shared folders, distribution lists, documentation) to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Track participation in talent programs, compile data and feedback, and summarize insights to inform team decisions.
  • Research and test simple AI-enabled tools that could improve scheduling, documentation, or internal comms.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to team workflows or communication rhythms that save time or reduce manual effort.

  • Experience supporting complex calendars, scheduling, or program logistics—ideally in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; you’re proactive in managing files, calendars, documentation, and comms.
  • Proficiency with collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Asana); you’re open to experimenting with new platforms to improve workflows.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT) and curiosity about how they can support operational efficiency.
  • Comfort interpreting feedback or simple data sets; able to identify gaps or surface insights to your team.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A service-oriented mindset—you're energized by helping others and finding ways to make experiences better.
  • Ability to work independently on routine tasks and collaborate with teammates to take on more complex efforts.
