About The Role
HRBP Colombia Bilingual
Reports to: TBD
The HRBP will provide full-cycle HR support to a Shared Services Center (SSC) with 50 employees, handling non-core business functions for a U.S.-based company. This role ensures the effective execution of HR processes, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, benefits administration, compliance, training, and HR reporting. The HR Generalist will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, fostering a positive employee experience and supporting company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, ensuring timely hiring for open roles.
- Conduct interviews, coordinate assessments, and facilitate hiring decisions.
- Oversee onboarding to enhance new hire engagement and reduce early turnover.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Drive engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Support managers in performance management, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
Compensation & Benefits Administration
- Ensure accurate payroll cross checking in coordination with external providers.
- Supports benefits programs, ensuring compliance and employee satisfaction.
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Support leadership development and succession planning efforts.
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain HR dashboards and generate reports on key HR metrics for decision-making.
- Track and report turnover, absenteeism, and other workforce trends.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a shared services or multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of Colombian labor laws and HR best practices.
- H&S license
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (B2-C1 proficiency).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
