Job Description

This HRBP will support a team of approximately 350 people and 15+ Directors/Executive Managers at our Infosec and Data BU. The main duties include advising and coaching area leaders on achieving company objectives through HR solutions, coaching leaders on People processes, partnering with the Talent and Acquisition team for hiring needs, supporting the broader P&C team, building relationships, analyzing trends, addressing grievances, improving work relationships, monitoring workforce planning, identifying training needs, evaluating training programs, and suggesting new HR strategies. The ideal candidate possesses strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Must have:
  • Advise and coach area leaders on HR topics.
  • Coach leaders on people processes like performance management, compensation, and talent acquisition.
  • Identify future hiring needs and recruitment strategies.
  • Build trusting relationships with stakeholders.
  • Analyze trends and metrics.
  • Address any grievances or misconduct.
  • Improve work relationships and increase productivity.
  • Monitor and report on workforce planning.
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
Good to have:
  • Fluency in Portuguese.
  • Deep dive into data analysis and support fact-based decision-making.
  • Understand the business functions, OKRs, priorities, and the businesses' risks and opportunities.

About the role

This professional will support a team of approximately 350 people and 15+ Directors/Executive Managers at our Infosec and Data BU. The main duties of this position concern:

  • Advise and coach area leaders on how to achieve the company's objectives by implementing solutions regarding all People & Culture HR topics
  • Coach leaders on People processes, such as performance management cycles, leadership development, compensation, culture & engagement, talent acquisition, and conflict management;
  • Work closely with the HR Business Partners Leads to roll out people strategy for our P&C BU;
  • Partner with Talent and Acquisition team to proactively identify future hiring needs and recruitment strategies to bring the best talents on time to meet business needs;
  • Supports broader P&C team in driving our agenda forward
  • Build trusting relationships and influence key stakeholders
  • Analyze trends and metrics with the P&C department
  • Work closely with employee relations and address any grievances/misconduct
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals
  • Evaluate training programs
  • Suggest new HR strategies

  • Being able to peek inside data sets and take creative approaches to problems using that insight;
  • Feels challenged and energized in a constantly changing environment
  • Ability to effectively influence and drive toward results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills and experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate and also deliver training sessions in English
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory. Portuguese is a plus.
  • Ability to deep dive into data analysis and support fact-based decision-making
  • Business Acumen: Understands the business functions, OKRs, priorities, and the businesses' risks and opportunities
