Requirements to participate

• Be studying a professional career in final semesters at a Colombian university, without course restrictions, and be approved to do a university internship;
• English from advanced level;
• Availability to do internships of 40 hours per week (8 hours within working hours/day) in Colombia during the period established by the university (6 months or 1 year) starting in January 2026;
• Live in the city of Bogotá and have availability to do internships following Nubank's hybrid work model (Nu Way of Working, one in-person week every two months)

About the Selection Process

What are the dates for the Selection Process?

September 2025

• Registrations: until September 28.

October 2025

• Online tests: after registration, all individuals who meet the initial requirements will receive an online test, which must be completed within the stipulated deadline.
• Group dynamic: this stage will not be a competition, but a collaborative space in an exercise that simulates the day-to-day at Nu Colombia.

November 2025

• Interview with a Nu Colombia leader: in this stage, we want to learn more about your trajectory. If necessary, we will delve into specific points of the area of interest.
• Interview with the Recruitment team: all interviews will be 100% online and will address career topics, as well as technical in-depth discussion if necessary.

December 2025

• Selection process results: selected individuals will receive the results of their progress in the process.
• Offers: for approved individuals, offer processes will begin in January 2026.
• Contractual process between students and Nu Colombia

January 2026

• Start date: You and the Nu Way of Starting officially!
