You will be responsible for:

• Analyzing and modeling business processes in conjunction with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities;
• Developing and implementing automations using UiPath and AI-based solutions;
• Integrating different systems (ERPs, CRMs, databases, etc.) to ensure efficient data flow between processes;
• Mentoring less experienced professionals, promoting knowledge sharing and ensuring best development practices within the team;
• Collaborating in multidisciplinary teams, contributing to the delivery of solutions aligned with business objectives;
• Documenting developed solutions, including flowcharts, technical manuals, and user guides;
• Contributing to the identification of technological trends.

We are looking for professionals who have:

• Proven experience of at least 2 years in business process automation using RPA;
• Proficiency in UiPath, including development with Studio, StudioX, and automations with Orchestrator;
• Experience with databases, especially SQL Server, for queries, data extraction, and integration with automations;
• Experience in creating and optimizing AI prompts using language models like GPT (or similar tools);
• Strong knowledge of development best practices, including code versioning, testing, and design patterns applied to automation;
• Ability to analyze, document, and optimize processes before automation;
• Experience with RESTful API integrations and automations involving web services;
• Advanced English, with the ability to understand technical documentation and communicate with international stakeholders.

Our Nu Way of Working model
