Job Description
- Knowledge of Python, VBA or RPA.
- Operationalize and monitor the flow of judicial blockages and asset transfers.
- Participate in the settlement and movement processes of the brokerage's clients.
- Ensure all financial movements are correctly reflected and reconciled in the systems.
- Directly address demands related to financial backoffice, in partnership with CX teams.
- Propose and implement continuous improvements in processes, systems, and tools.
- Assist and guide Mid-level and Junior analysts with questions and operational routines.
- Support the technical team (engineering and product) as a reference in the operational financial flows.
- Previous experience in brokerage firms, preferably in treasury and backoffice areas.
- Solid knowledge of the financial market, especially in payment and reconciliation systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced use of formulas is mandatory).
- PQO Backoffice – ANBIMA certification (modules I and II) mandatory.

About the position
In the NuInvest Finance team, we are looking for a Back Office Senior Specialist to act with responsibility and leadership in the execution and monitoring of essential financial flows for the functioning of our brokerage firm. This person will be responsible for critical activities such as judicial blockages control, settlement, and client asset movements, ensuring financial reconciliation and supporting continuous improvement of backoffice processes and systems.
Furthermore, we expect this professional to act as a technical reference for more junior analysts, as well as for the engineering and product teams of the squad in which they are allocated, contributing with organization, systemic vision, and the ability to solve problems with agility and autonomy.

Requirements and qualifications
- Previous experience in brokerage firms, preferably in treasury and backoffice areas.
- Solid knowledge of the financial market, especially in payment and reconciliation systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced use of formulas is mandatory).
- Knowledge of Python, VBA or RPA will be considered important differentials.
- PQO Backoffice – ANBIMA certification (modules I and II) mandatory.

Our Nu Way of Working
Our work model has cycles that can vary from two to three months depending on the area of activity. That is, for every eight or twelve weeks of remote work, one will be in the office.
