Job Description & Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Automation Developer with over 5-7 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated frameworks and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java and related frameworks, with a passion for delivering high-quality software through automation.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust automation frameworks using Java and associated technologies.
• Create, execute, and optimize automated test scripts to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with QA, Development, and DevOps teams to integrate automation solutions into CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify automation opportunities and implement best practices to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
• Perform code reviews, provide mentorship, and guide junior automation engineers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to automation and test environments.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation tools, frameworks, and technologies.

Mandatory skill sets:

• 7+ years of experience in automation development.
• Strong proficiency in using backend technologies like Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate etc. for automation projects.
• Strong Experience in leveraging skills like front-end technologies like Angular, AngularJS, HTML for automation projects.
• Experience in backend databases like SQL, No-SQL databases.

Preferred skill sets:

Graduate Engineer or Management Graduate
