Job Summary
At PwC, as a Microsoft Dynamics generalist, you will specialize in business application consulting, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. This role involves analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for Microsoft applications. You will lead projects, coach team members, identify opportunities, and ensure quality delivery, leveraging your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to achieve strategic objectives.
Must Have
- Analyse and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system.
- Take ownership of projects, ensuring their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.
- Partner with team leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables.
- Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, the Firm's code of conduct, and independence requirements.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online Application (Sales or Service) modules
- Technical team oversight – productivity, morale, quality reviews, mentoring and collaboration
- Customization and extension of Dynamics 365 CRM - client side customization using java scripts, web resources etc..., server side customization using C# & .Net assemblies
- Using Java scripting frameworks like Node.js, Angular.js, React.jsJQuery, CSS, HTML 5, AJAX
- Integration development with external systems through REST API’s, with and without middleware.
- Install, Administer and Deploy for MSCRM applications and solutions, leveraging DevOps practices and tools.
- Using source control tools like GIT, VSS etc.
- Using Power apps to build custom applications.
- Execute data migration either through a migration tool or MS Dynamics features.
- Integrate with Microsoft Azure services (Application servers, Database Services, Service Bus)

Working in this area, you will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Microsoft applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

PwC BC Region Pay Range Information
The salary range* for this position is $ 103,000.00 - 137,400.00 - 171,800.00$ CAD Annual, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual bonus payment. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon your skills, experience, qualifications and geographic location.
*Please note that the salary range for this position is reflected for our British Columbia region. Given our national recruiting approach, we recruit (and may hire) in other regions and therefore the salary range may differ depending on the work location. PwC is committed to competitive compensation and sharing salary ranges in accordance with applicable pay transparency legislation as they arise.
