Job Summary

Wargaming is seeking an experienced Illustrator to join their creative team, offering significant skill development and artistic growth opportunities. The role involves creating diverse digital art, including complex illustrations, photo-textured backgrounds, 3D overpaints, sketches, and concepts for current and upcoming titles. The Illustrator will collaborate with the team, conduct research, produce various visuals, and report to the 2D Lead, focusing on highly photorealistic style.

Must Have

High proficiency in Photoshop
Ability to create very photorealistic work
Good attention to detail, colors and composition
Self-motivation to learn, with continual drive for personal development
Fluent in English, both verbal and written

Good to Have

Experience with Matte Painting
Experience working with 3D
Experience in Adobe Illustrator

Job Description

Job Overview

is looking for experienced Illustrator to join our creative team. This opportunity offers high potential for skill development and artistic growth.

You’ll be responsible for creating wide variety of work – complex illustrations, backgrounds with use of photo textures, 3D overpaints, sketches and concepts within current and upcoming titles.

To be considered for this position please present us your portfolio with at least one photorealistic environment work and one hand drawing.

Reports to

The Illustrator will report to the 2D Lead

What will you do?

Create digital illustrations of environment, assets and characters in polished, highly photorealistic style
Create concept art and quick sketches
Layout mock-ups and previews
Collaborate with the team on both large and small size of tasks
Research, gather, support the team by producing various desired visuals as needed
Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate

What are we looking for?

High proficiency in Photoshop

Work mode

Hybrid (3 days of work from the office)
This role is eligible for relocation & immigration support

The salary range for this position is 3700–6000 € (gross) per month.

Note that this salary range is valid for Lithuania, for other locations it might be different.
