Must Have
- Strong Written English for gaming audiences
- Foundational knowledge of HTML and comfortable editing in a CMS
- Passion for games, especially World of Tanks
- Familiarity with blog writing, web publishing, or digital content creation
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to spot inconsistencies and follow formatting rules with precision
- Reliable in meeting deadlines and managing time effectively
Good to Have
- Experience with CSS, JavaScript, templating systems, or web automation tools
- Familiarity with AI tools for content ideation, automation, or creative writing
- Participation in game forums, fan sites, or content creation related to World of Tanks
- Exposure to professional publishing environments or translation workflows
- Interest in military-themed games, historical warfare, or tanks

Job Description

Location: Prague, Czech Republic
Duration: 6 months; starting March
Format: On - Site
Terms: Paid internship; 20 hours per week
Eligibility: Candidates should be eligible to work in the Czech Republic (EU nationals and individuals holding a valid work/study visa).

What will you learn?
- Publishing Workflows: Hands-on experience in how editorial content is created, reviewed, and published across World of Tanks platforms and channels (web portal, in-game promotions, email newsletters, etc.), with exposure to real-world deadlines and stakeholder feedback.
- Writing for Gamers: Best practices in writing for gaming audiences - keeping it concise, engaging, and accessible - while tailoring messaging for regional markets and localization needs.
- Practical CMS and HTML Skills: You’ll apply your basic coding knowledge to real tasks - formatting and structuring articles, working in HTML blocks, and supporting page creation through our in-house content systems.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with diverse teams such as Live Ops, Social Media, Projects, and Community to bring content to life and meet both creative and strategic goals.
- Quality and Delivery: Learn to work within structured publishing calendars, meet internal deadlines, and ensure content quality through peer and stakeholder review processes.
What are we looking for?
- Strong Written English: You can write with clarity, structure, and a tone appropriate for gaming audiences.
- Basic Web Skills: You have a foundational knowledge of HTML and website creation and are comfortable editing content in a CMS.
- Passion for Games: You love games and have a particular interest in World of Tanks - or are keen to learn more about it.
- Content and Publishing Familiarity: You’ve dabbled in blog writing, web publishing, or digital content creation and understand the basics of editorial workflows.
- Curiosity and Drive: You’re eager to learn, ask thoughtful questions, and grow in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Detail-Oriented Thinking: You spot inconsistencies, follow formatting rules, and approach tasks with precision.
- Organized and Reliable: You meet deadlines, manage your time well, and keep projects moving.
What additional skills will help you stand out?
